Electronics Cricket Project | Game Circuit

Indoor games play a vital role in our busy schedule where we can’t spare time to refresh ourselves and enjoy game on the ground. In city areas, lack of playground can be a greater obstacle. The circuit electronic cricket project solves all problem, it is very interesting project not only for those who love cricket but for also those people who love to watch this game. The game electronic cricket can be played by anyone, even in their home by sitting on table or at the corner of a room, wherever a player wants. To add more excitement, the game allows even a single player to play and enjoy this game.

Circuit Description of Electronic Cricket Projects

IC LM555 and decade counter IC CD4017 from CMOS family are two main components used to design this game. 555 timer IC (i.e. IC1), forms the heart of circuit and it is used as clock pulse generator as shown in the figure. Generated clock pulse is fed to pin 14 of IC2 CD4017. Pins 3, 2, 4, 7, 10, 1, 5, 6, 9, 11 are configured in output mode  by connecting LED to each pin as shown in circuit diagram.

To play this game switch SW1 is placed in on position (or pushed) due to which all 10 LEDs are in on mode. But when we release switch SW1 , the last pulse generated is fed to the IC2 , which lit only one LED which is the game result. Now to know the final result, compare this result with the one in chart and write your score in score boards, lastly count your all runs.electronic circket project
