Circuit Description of Christmas Decoration Circuit With Music : –
The circuit of Christmas decoration are divided into two main sections i.e. lighting and sound section. Lighting section consist of five set of LEDs which operates on binary sequence and it repeats itself at the interval of few minutes. Here, LEDs can be of any color according to our interest. This decoration piece decorates your Christmas tree as well as your home too.
Beside of these five set of LEDs you can add an extra four set of LEDs which can be mode turned on one at a time or one after another.
Sound Section: – This section of this project consist of special musical IC which generate music specially used for musical greeting card. This circuit can be your next project too. ‘Jingle bell’, ‘Santa clause is coming to town’, ‘wish you merry Christmas’ and many more kinds of music can be heard at some interval of time.
The lighting section of Christmas decoration circuit consist a timer IC (IC1), binary counter IC (IC2), and shift resistor IC (IC3). Timer IC is used in astable multivibrator mode which works on the frequency of 1Hz. The output of timer IC (pin 3) is given to the input pin of IC2 and IC3. The eight LEDs are connected at the output (four in each IC) of these IC (IC1 and IC2) as shown in figure. These eight LEDs glow one by one and which looks like sequence.
